This number called this morning. I had to ask if anyone was there a couple times. Then a lady gets on the phone and asked for me. After I told her she was talking to the person she was calling she put me on hold. I waited for a couple minutes and then hung up. I think it is crazy for anyone to call you and put you on hold right after word without even giving you a reason why they are calling.

This is a repeat call I receive from Witchita, KS on my cell phone where there is dead air on the line when you pick up the receiver, I recently was issued this cell phone number and assume this is associated with the previous owner of this number but who knows? How can you defend yourself from this?
