They did not leave a message. When I called back, a recorded message says they are checking my Google status.

I called back and polite fellow said they are Lending Tree apparently. We did fill something out online for a car loan for them so maybe... They just need to leave a message and have their caller ID say Lending Tree then rather than just annoy everyone. ALSO he said they help with credit problems, not do loans themselves, which I didn't understand is what they do, so not helpful directly for a loan apparently?? Sort of questionable though... wonder if they get your info FROM lending tree but are not actually LT themselves? He seemed to hesitate when I asked (although very polite). I just get an odd feeling like perhaps not being entirely straight with me, but I'm not sure. Maybe it is just Lending Tree.
