I also called back at 1-800-348-3304 to notify them of their "spoofing" caller ID numbers.

A man named Lynn answered and denied they do that, then acknowleged that "that's the way they decide to do business" only after I proved to him that the "spoofed" 319 number above is tied to CBE Group. I told him nicely it's illegal and that many people out there are going to file complaints with the FCC. He said, "Sorry you feel that way." I told him it's not feeling, it's fact.
