It apparently is a number for a Political Campaign to generate voting turnout. Calls should cease by the night of November 2nd.
This number has been calling daily and when I call back I immediately get "this mailbox is full and can not accept messages at this time". Wish I knew who/what this is!

I just got two calls from this number within the last 30 minutes. I didn't call the number back and the person did not leave a voicemail.
I got a missed call yesterday and one more later which i answered, a guy said hello and hung up right there. I called back thinking the call might have been disconnected and got a loud beep folowed by a weird digital sound and a busy signal after 5 seconds.
