multiple voice mails on my cell phone form this number. no call back number to harass them

Leaves a voicemail telling me to press a button to buy their product. Highly annoying. They call very early in the morning and continue throughout the day. When I call back it says number not in service

calls and when I call it back it says its a non working #

they've called me several times and without leaving a voicemail. When I call back minutes later, a recording tells me the number is not in service. Upon reading online, the number is a telemarketer with a recording for when you answer.
