MAY 17 2015 I HAD VOICE MAIL ALREADY SET UP BUT CALLED 1-323-229-6017 AND IT CAME IN AS A VOICE MAIL FOR MY BOX--IT ASKED ME FOR A PASSWORD, I THEN PUT IT IN AND IT SAID THAT I HAD NO MESSAGES--I AM GOING TO HAVE MY PASSWORD CHANGED--LOOKS SIMILAR TO BR549'S COMPLAINT

Just leaves a message, "if you cannot be contacted at this number press 2". Sounds bright to me, whats gonna happen if i press 2 on a voicemail?

A message is never left on my Tracfone Voice Mail Box when I access the box by pressing the #1 on my keypad. I then lose 1 minute of my phone time. Tech support at Tracfone Customer Service told me that this number +13232296017 is actually the number of My voice mail box, which I told him that I dont understand why it is different from my phone number. He told me that it is just the way things are set up. How could the number you list on this report and my voice mail box number just happen to be the same? Something smells fishy here. I know very little technically about cell phones, but this seem very weird. As of today 4-25-2012 the Tech worker said he set a process in order to change the outgoing message of my voice mail to say that it has not been sete up yet, so no more calls could go to voicemail.
