They have called me twice within two hours so far today. I reported their calls yesterday when they called (Credit One Call Center). When I check my account, I show a minimum payment of $10 and I am not due until tomorrow. Yes, I am over the limit but I am making a payment tomorrow. I don't understand what the fuss is about.
Has called today alone 10X's since 8am and it is only 10am here I cannot say if it is Credit One or not cause no name comes up also my phone program says scam likely I have blocked them at last count I have 200 calls in one week also contacted FCC
Calls all day..harrassment
I received three calls from them, one right after the other. With the first one starting before I was even out of bed. An they never left one message. Besides I don't answer numbers I do not recognize. I do owe a payment an they will get paid, when I get paid. I'm a senior citizen on disability, An this is harassment too me.
Say they're Credit One. Never leave a message. I was 2 days late on my payment (my bad - just worked 4 nights straight, put in over 50 hours). Called me 5 times yesterday in a matter of a few hours. Called me twice already this morning - the 2nd time was about 15 minutes after I made a payment online of well over the minimum amount due. The guy that called me spoke broken English & spoke very rapidly. Could only understand 1/2 of what he said; however, I did understand him all 5 times - in - a - row - that he firmly requested/demanded I make a payment of $25 more. I asked him "why would I do that when I just paid MORE than the balance due?!" He s stumbled on his words for a second then asked "Excuse me?" I repeated myself. He then said "To bring down my balance further." Then he pressured me AGAIN to pay more money. I told him IF I were to do that I absolutely would not give my information over the phone. Again, I got "Excuse me?" I repeated myself. He told me that was fine, I could use my bank account of choice. Huh?? I told him "Look, I already made a payment. Don't harass me to make more." He tried to tell me he was just trying to benefit me. I stopped him there & told him "Don't harass me anymore." He apologized & I hung up. End of story. No idea if they are legit or not. Go with your gut - but I would strongly suggest paying online or by snail mail!!!!!
