Need to call within 4 hours dealing with restraining order and garnishing wages for someone who is not me.
I received a call, prerecorded message wanting to speak to someone by a name that is not me. The message is for (me) to call in 4 days or a course of action will be taken against me.I was told I need to talk to my attorney, and I think something was said about wage garnishment. For one thing I am not that person they wanted to direct this info to and I don't know how they got my number .They think I am this Juanita Mason. A few months ago I had received a call from a person with a strong accent asking to talk with this Juanita person
