They called my house repeatedly and were very rude and abusive to my mother. They tried to make it seem like I was late on payments when I was not. I checked my Paypal account and I'm not late on any payments and my next one isn't due for another two weeks.

Other people have let me know that the people on the end of this phone call try to demand payments over the phone, which Paypal does not do. They will contact you by email and snail mail before ever doing a phone call.

They claim to be doing a collection, but they're really just a scam.

I keep getting calls from this number - every day!!! The caller never leaves a msg, so I looked up the number and discovered from this site:: that the caller is Phishing for Pay Pal Acct info, especially since the caller hangs up on others when the Pay Pal info is not disclosed.

I am not surprised that this phone number is listed as "GE Money".

It seems clearly a rotten, at best...whether or not it is an actual collection company.
Am not providing my personal info here - even though I imagine this is a legitimate site.
There a many hackers out there and I am ill and do not want more such calls.

constant calling and when I answer no one response. so I hang up and then few hours later again and again. so I just stop answering

I was called by this number 1-330-433-5833 wanting me to make a paypal payment. they asked for my debit card information. I told them that I was going to pay my bill online. They said ok and hung up.
I quickly called the real pay pal phone number to see if it was them, or if it was someone trying to pull of a scam. after a google research i found out that this was a "collection agency." either way, my bill isn't due til 12/28 and today is 12/24.

I have just had it with these calls 20-30 times a day on my cellular phone and the calls started again this morning at 9:00am, so I called the number and of course it is a automated recording telling you to put your acct. number in. So I put a bunch of fake numbers and it said that it was incorrect and to put your social security number in, which I put a bunch of fake numbers and wala, it saids hold on for customer service. They answered as Paypal for GE and asked me for my acct. number and I just gave them hell about calling me. The lady said that she would take my number off the list immediately. Well, we'll see.

Repeat calls from this number, land line phone says GE Money. Starts calling at 8 am and calls nearly every hour. And of course it sound like some out side the US who can bearly speak english.
