Has called 3 times in past week. I did not pick it up and they did not leave a message.

Call the number....I did, a person will answer. Told them they were violating the do not call list, doesn't matter, they keep calling. So.....

When you aren't using your computer, make sure your modem is plugged in, set thier number on auto-dial, and leave it repeatedly dialing thier number. It will help tie up thier lines, preventing some outgoing calls, but better yet, will annoy the hell out of whoever has to pick up the phone just to hear the modem screach all day long. Maybe they will quit and get a real job!
