I am lodging this complaint against Citi Card because I have received countless telephone calls from this caller. I have repeatedly informed the caller that I do not have a Citi Card account. To add, I have repeatedly requested that the caller stops calling me and remove my telephone number from her or his database. My requests have gone unattended; in fact, the calling has increased despite my repeated requests and assurance that I do not have a Citi Card. At this point, I consider the repeat calling harassment, and if the calls continue then I will seek legal remedies as this is my personal telephone. Further, I have been quite diplomatic in my handling of the nuisance calling.

called asked for my husband, would not say why, wanted to know a better time to call, what for I don't know, our payments on all accounts are current.
most annoying and when I called the number to complain that they call and don't leave a message or when I answer I get no response. The dumb customer service person told me that they had no record of my cell phone # on their list and then asked me if I had a Sears card. Said, "None of your business". This is an harassment.
