They called me. I thought it was MCO or NCO Finalize. I saw on http://i.hatecalls.com that it might be NCO Financial, and it says NCO on this page, too. I have no idea why they’re calling me. I looked it up and they’re a debt collectror. I’m ready to block them for sure.
