347-246-4410 called my cell & I instantly called on a landline.
Got a message "the number you've reached is not in service".

all the reports say this is an IRS scam, but whenever I get this call there is NOBODY on the phone when I answer. If I donpt; answer they do not leave a message. If they are trying to scam people for money, they are doing a really bad job --- at least SAY SOMETHING like "give us your money and we will sell you wonderful stuff"
