trying to get my info

caller said he was from the law dept of a loan place and said that i got a loan i didnt get said to call office immediately he had alot of my personal info not sure how he got it but his claim was totally bogus!

Same issue, the called claiming to be from a debt collector and also to be a lawyer and that I had taken out a loan and had not paid it. Threatened me and refused to give information. I reported them.

Called posing as a debt collector.
