This caller had an heavy accent I could barely understand and said I needed to call back to pay the duty or suffer legal consequences (this is the only thing I understood). This person called my cell phone and I did not answer, he left a voicemail. I do not have any outstanding bill, debt, or loan. I have seen this phone number on several websites for SCAMS!

Caller has a very heavy accent will not stop calling my work and cell. Threatens that I will be arrested if I don't pay offsome loan or give my account info.
