Have had several calls from this number. Caller ID says "New York". When I answer the call, the person on the other end hangs up. VERY ANNOYING!!!!

Called 3 times today already within 3 hours. Don't leave a message just let it ring 3 or 4 times then hang up.

Having the same issue as Mark (Nov 30, 2010 02:50 PM ) numerous calls starting around 5pm until around 10pm ... When you answer no one is there and no sooner do you hang up they call back.

Called the # back ... the recording said they were calling to administer a breif survey regarding the benefits of environmental business factors in your community. Then it hung up.

probably a telemarketer
they called 3 times today and twice yesterday --- they just show NEW YORK on the caller ID
and they do not leave any messages on the answering machine
and YES I'm on the do not call list

This number called today at 12:10, 12:34, 12:48, 1:32, 1:39,and 1:45 PM today. Four calls yesterday morning starting at 7:40 AM. No message. Hang-ups.

I received a call at 7:13 a.m. When I answered, a woman said I am calling to verify your address at .... I said "Who is this?" I was told an internet publishing company and they need to verify my information before publishing it. I said I don't want my information published. She said "There is no fee for this service." I reiterated I did not want my information published. She was very persistent and I hung up on her.

Now she won’t quit calling, date is 11/30/10, today alone:

Every time I answer they/she hangs up on me. The current time of this posting is 12:41 p.m.

I answered the phone and the first thing said was "I am calling to confirm you address of..." I said "Who is this?" The response was we are an internet publishing company and before we publish your information we need to confirm it. I said I don't want my information published on the internet. The response was "There is no fee to you for this service" I said I don't want my information published. I then hung up. Now they have been calling every ten-fifteen minutes for the past three hours.

Multiple calls freom this number today, starting at 6:45am. We let most go to voice mail, but when we answered the 4th call of the day, they hung up.

I keep getting hangup calls from this number. They hang up about 10 seconds of silence after my "hello". When I return the call, it goes to a full mailbox. Strange as have been getting calls from different numbers too.
