A Greg Chambiss (if that's even his name!) has called several times to my home & now my place of work harassing me about a $300 loan & would not tell me the name of the company. He was very rude, & hung up each time I advised him not to call my place of business. He is now harassing my HR & my supervisor and I want it stopped because I know this is not how the law goes.

Mark Adams calling from White and case law firm--they have legal litigation against me for not paying a cash advance--Said he had my SSn,and was work with my HR dept (not tru I contacted my HR and security) told me not to disregard or I would be in court--would not same who what when or where I defaulted on the loan just wanted me to settle.
I filed with FTC, COnsumer Affairs and local Law

said they are calling from y2k lawfirm in new york that my husband has taken out a loan they are harrassing my husbands work place and harrasssing me started recording the phone call without my perimission. and then called me pyscho crazy and that they didnt have to tell me Sh*t this company is very rude and they will not tell me any information and i cant get my husband to call becasue he works the hours they are open . i do not know what to do with this situation . i am about to report them to the police department for harrassment /

said name was Paul Martin calling from White & something law firm & they have a lawsuit against me & to call them back asap to the above number. What a scam!!!!!!!
