A man called from 347-773-4600. Caller ID showed Merchant SVC and he introduced himself as "Creditor's Relief". The owner was not available and when I tried to screen the call to be removed from their list he proceeded to verbally attack me by inferring that I was stupid and couldn't understand English, etc. I'm the owner's wife. Had he been nice to me....maybe I would have requested information about their business. I worked in call centers for YEARS and would have terminated someone on the spot for being so entirely obnoxious and rude, and probably even those sitting around him that were laughing and cheering him on who I could hear in the background.

This company called my business and asked for a certain owner, my father, who passed away 7 years ago. When we told him he could not speak to said person, he became arrogant and hug up on us. No loss to me but... that's one hell of a way to conduct business! Jerk.

the company called me with a recording they asked me if I'm the owner, I answered yes and replied with a question which company is this, so the guy replied go F... yourself. I really don't know what this should be telling me on this company, one thing i know for sure that it doesn't smell right
