This is a fraudulent caller who claims to be representing acs in settlement of payday loans. These people call you at work to harrass you. Tell them you've already contacted the local and federal police departments. This man gets very ugly and calls you names or your co-workers. THey sometimes even end up calling your family members. I like to harrass them back as well.
