I keep getting harrassing phone calls at work and on my cell phone from a Daniel Jacskon, they have my full social security number and I have been under investigation and will come to my place of employment. They even left a message with the owner for me to call them back. The man calling has a very Indian accent and is RUDE!

Jackie williams also called my husbands job and personal phone threatening law suit we told them if we really got a payday loan that we didn't pay to send documents with that he got frustrated and hung the phone up. He sounded middle eastern and was rude!

I keep getting harrasing calls from ACLS, i finally had to call and make a police report, because this same ALBERT SMITH with a very thick accent somehow got a hold of my friend and threated her, told her that, he was a FBI agent, if she did not tell him her address he would find it, come there and CUT HER HEAD OFF, he also told her that he has my physical address and he would find me, rape me beat me and prostitute me if he had to, but he would get his money some how some way or kill me. these people are dangerous and crazy, i have to close my bank acct, change my phone # and after i file the police report tonight find another place to stay at least for few nights, PLEASE everybody, specially women, if you continue to be harrased by this so callled "Collection Agency" file a police report. PLEASE PROTECT YOURSELF and be safe

They called my work yelling at coworkers including my boss wanting to know why they couldn't speak with me. They were told multiple times I could not receive personal calls and hung up. They continued to call multiple times within seconds of each call. They claim to be with ACS Legal department. Very thick accent and very unprofessional.

Jack called our office today looking for someone who does not work here. He was very hesitant to tell me why he was calling, refusing twice and the third time telling me it was an emergency because of the lawsuit against this person. He was very hard to understand and called from a blocked number but did leave the call back. Don't waste your time with this guy, just hang up!
