Keeps calling over and over 6 times in 30 min

They have called me 4 times today within the last 3 hours! Caller I'd just says that the call is from Washington.
caller asked for my name then hung up calling me back 8 times after being blocked. will not leave message.

I am getting up to ten calls per day from this number, always a different representative, always with an Indian accent. they say that I've been approved for a US federal grant and the amount varies from $7000 to $9000. but they charge a fee to get this money and that amount changes too. I keep telling them no and I don't have the money, one guy had the audacity to ask how much money I had. I've asked countless times to have them remove my number from their call list and they hang up on me!
