I love these calls. Its just a new version of Rachael from card services. You won't be able to stop them so have fun with it. I make up card numbers and information just to keep them on the phone. Once they realize i'm BS they quickly cuss me out with that thick accent, which I return the favor and laugh at them. IRS Scammers are great to. Love calling them directly at 202-864-0212. Feel free to play with them.

called said they could lower my amex interest rate, i don't have an amex card, they are crooks, one of the forms of life on the earth

Some guy with Indian accent is offering a lower interest rate for American express ?? Definitely a scam caller.
