caller id shows: West Asset Mgmt - recorded message asking for person unknown to me..gives option to hold and talk or that person is not available calls received at least 4-6 times per day.. this 'company' is also showing on caller id from 214-506-7175 with same message

I keep getting constant calls from them. They never leave a message and they just won't stop. Do they not get the hint - I don't want to talk to them.
