They just called me and didn't leave a message. The words "Sales Department" was on the caller ID. I have researched the number and found it to be the credit card rate reduction scam.

Got one today too, (11-10-10). Wasn't home and no message on answering machine. Information from other web sites leads me to believe it's a con to get your credit card numbers. I'll answer if they call when I'm home just to get more information about them.

No text they just call I,am usually away from the phone so the answering machine picks up. They never leave a message. They try this 3 to 4 times a week all hours

It says important on the caller id and it has to do with saying it is your credit card company . It sounds a little funny to me more like a scammer to me.
