They called me also.... they got a air horn blared into their ear through my phone.. lots of swearing on the other end... hope I damaged their hearing
Believe these are spoofed numbers. Call came in as being from 408 894-2229. Caller said "Windows Department." That my PC was reporting errors. Asked me to go to PC and let them show me the errors and how to fix it. Asked what company, he said EGuard company. Said his name is Sam, Employer ID # 451554, call back number as being 408 256-9856.

Windows support for my Dell computer. I do not have a Dell computer any more.
They are Dell computer repair, they had the name of my computer, and the ID number of the computer. What they didn't have as a current operating system IP address or any other information on the computer except they said it had a virus, and it's going to affect all other computers and it must be fixed immediately and I must turn it on and left them on. Excetera excetera excetera
