CALLING TO STATE FRAUD ON MY SS NUMBER BY IRS

Guy with Accent says he is a junior attorney and if I had a lawyer. The he says i need to call back and ask for Steven Collins for more information on a pending law suit.

This is a PURE FRAUD caller. A few people at this number. Immediately report this caller to your local police department, and phone company as well. They are not calling on behalf of any official entity or government or known company. Pretty much anything said by the caller can be dismissed. No matter how scary they try to make it sound, enjoy the show, do not get angry, and record the call and have the person say as much as possible while being recorded. All will be evidence for prosecution. Even if caller is out of country, international relations will be used to prosecute these criminals. Hopefully they will call dummy numbers that have been setup to help catch these criminals. You should help by recording them and contacting your local police and phone company. The number shown by the caller ID does not mean that is their real number, nor does it mean they are from that region. You an be in Africa, and call with a 408 area code number using VOIP phone.
