This guy with a heavy accent has called off and on all summer with different phone numbers and company names. Most recently, it's been showing up on my caller id as TN Removal Li. He claimed that I had given my debit card number to "them" during a conversation several months ago. Ridiculous as I do not give that sort of info over the phone. Yet, he had it. He claimed I was to receive a Walmart gift card and once I confirmed my card number, I would be charged a $3.95 s/h fee. I told him that I wanted to speak with a supervisor. He got angry and refused. I then told him that I did not want the card. He started going on and on, and I interrupted him and said that if it was a gift, that I should not have to pay anything and hung up. The most recent call was a message he left on my voice mail saying that my card was going to be charged $250 and "not to blame his company". I of course notified my bank and have been posting comments wherever I can about this. I've also filed a complaint with the FCC.

My wife, Elizabeth, was calling a ciompany in California. The call was intercepted by someone who said they were from the British office offering a thirty day trial for $19.95 of their unidentified product and also offering afifty dollar coupon for Walmart and a twenty dollar gas card. You were required to pay two dollars for the service. She gave them her VISA card nuimber. Immediately after hanging up she realized what she had done and called VISA to stop payment because she became suspicious. She also canceled the card. VISA said that one dollar had already been posted and gave my wife the number that called in the charge. That number was 877-472-3388. She called the number and said she was canceling the order and not to send her anything. Since they have been calling (at least four times this week) and insisting that she pay for the product which she has canceled. Tonight they called, after 10 p.m., as the TN Removal List and harrassed her again about the order. We don't want to have anything to do with them. Thank you for giving this your attention. this #408-587-2184, repeatedly calls me late at night, for the last 3 weeks, wants to sell me a free $20 dollar coupon from Wallmart, but need credit cart for the $2.98 cent for shipping.

I have called the police he called the # but gets a tape recording and the # is out of California.


I told the caller that I am not interested but he keeps calling, at 10, pm 10:55 pm, at least twice a week, last night again at 9:55, but I did not answer, just warning other people this is a scam, thank you, pietje
