My caller ID shows name of Electricity. No one leaves a msg. They call 1 to 3 times a day.

Asking how much do I pay for my electric bill and that I can save, I believe she said 30% or higher. I called my power company PGE and they can not find anything in their system. She said that someone can come out to my home and discuss this with me. I gave them my address and wonder if anyone else has done the same (no one has showed up)
