Call yesterday twice. Is this a scam and can it be verified.

Called me today too. Answering machine picked up. I have a contact with the IRS and will notify them of these threatening phony phone calls.
Total BS.

Called today, but not the first time. I screen my calls so my answering machine took a message. I thought the IRS only makes contact via USPS mail. Caller claims there is a law suit against me.
