I received a call from David Watson office saying I owe them money, I asked them to send me the paper work, or e-mail it to me he stated that it was no time, I will go to jail for about 1 month, if I lost my case in court. He stated i needed to agree to pay him this money. I told them to send me the paper work, he had a indian accent, I ended the call.

he call me about 6 or 7 time about a pay day loan ,he said if dont pay it i will have to go to cour he said 400 dollar he a Indian Accent very bad i just them stop call me.

I keep getting phone calls from this person with a heavy Indian accent telling me about a payday loan I owe. I don't have any payday loans I owe. He is relentless. Has anyone gotten the name of his company? He is threatening with something ... I can't make out what he's talking about.

This David Watson constantly calling saying that I have an outstanding loan from 2010 or 2011. Saying Keith Russell has turned over my acct of $300.00.Thaey will be taking me to court if I do not pay them $988.00 by the 6th of May. He has called me 6 or 7 times in 1 day and the only ifo he will give me is that it is cashadvance usa. He has a very heavy Indian accent nd is rude.

I am receiving calls from David Watson saying I owe money from a payday loan. He keeps calling me at work and home. He is very rude and called me names, etc. He has a heavy accent and is hard to understand. I asked that he send me something in writing regarding the money he claims I owe and he would not do so. He said there wasn't time because a lawsuit was being filed against me the next morning. I told him that I suspected this was a scam because debt collectors in the US would not handle themselves this way. He then became very angry calling me a fraud, etc. I finally just hung up.

its a telemarketer that claims to be a police officer or attorney again. they just dont stop. they called my job as well
