preys on real estate agents. they call and pretend to have 'clients in your area needing an agent' and they want to sell the agent on a membership to their service. read all of the complaints on this rip off service - dont waste your $$$$ on this worthless crap. they call me about once every 3 months trying to flog this dog off on me. sorry guys. if you want to play, you'll either take a referral fee for a successful closing - and nothing if it doesn't close - or NO DEAL!

This compamy calls REALTORS and claims to have "clients" looking to buy in your area, but in order to "work" with this company they want to charge a $400 set up fee and then $199 per month per zip code to receive "leads" from them.
This is a SCAM designed to rip off newbie agents and agents that are desperate to improve their business.

This company does NOT have any real "clients" looking in the agents area, they do have 'prospects' that have filled out their name and email address on the USHUD.COM website to be able to view properties available for sale in their area - and the USHUD.COM (no relation what so ever to HUD.GOV) then sells this name and address info to the newbies for $400 down and $200 per month until the newbie goes broke or wises up that they are being taken for a ride.
Save your money for something that will work.
Paying these scum for unqualified leads is worse than taking a pile of money and burning it in your back yard. (cause with burning the money in your back yard you'll at least get some heat out of the deal.)
