This is Bill Me Later, which means you owe them money or their records show that you do. I had a card company called Blue Mountain continue to bill me after I had shut down their trial account. When I decided to actually call the number back to see who it was, I met with extremely helpful representative who helped me sort it out.

They keep calling over and over and over and if you pick up they say "hello" and hang up.
Caller: Card Service
They call OVER and OVER and OVER and when you pick up they say "hello" one time....AND THEN HANG UP.
Harassing calls at all times of the day.
