"THEMARTIN TAYLOR HAS NOW BLOCKED IT SO THAT MY NUMBER GOES STRAIGHT TO A VOICECMAIL HE REFUSED TO GIVE ANY INFORMATION TO ME AND WHEN I DEMANDED HE GIVE ME ANY INFO HE STATED HE HAD TO GO. I NEVER TOOK OUT A LOAN AND WAS FINE WITH IGNORING HE CALL UNTIL HE THREATENED TO DO SEXUAL ACTS ON ME THESE PEOPLE ARE HORRIBLE AND GET A KICK OUT OF THINGS LIKE THIS!! THE EXTENSION IS 9990701

A guy called Chan, with an Indian accent called -from a call center, as Icould hear the background noise - and said I will be prosecuted in court for not paying back a loan. Told him I never took out a loan.. He told me also that my account was closed - which it isn't. He did not know my address. When i told him to send the info by mail he wasn't interested and kept repeating himself. He called again from another number with a different name and i told him that he was the same person i had just spoken too. This seems like a scam.

" I JUST RECEIVED A PHONE CALL FROM THIS NUMBER FROMA MARTIN TAYLOR A MALE WITH A THICK FOREIGN ACCENT. STATING I TOOK OUT A LOAN AND I BETTER PAY OR THEY WERE GOING TO SUE ME. WHEN I STATED I HAD A LAWYER WHO WOULD GLADLY TAKE CARE OF THIS THE DISGUSTING MALE STATED I WAS A CRIMINAL AND I BETTER HAD PAID AND THAT HE WAS GOING TO STICK HIS @@#$% INTO MY @#$%% MY HUSBAND THEN CALLED AND THEY STATED THEY DID NOT SPEAK ENGLISH ONLY SPANISH AND MY HUSBAND WHO BY THE WAY IS PEURTO RICAN SWITHED OVER HIS DIALECT AND THE MAL STATED THAT HE ONLY SPOKE ENGLISH!!!!!!! PEOPLE PLEASE DO NOT GIVE OUT ANY INFORMATION TO THESE CRIMINALS AND PUSH TO FIND OUT WHO THIS IS IT NEEDS TO END!!!!!!!

ive been getting these calls off and on for awhile now today it was from "officer eric anderson" from the "united states legal services" which when i looked up this "company" along with the phone number given realized that they do not exist. again the man had a heavy foreign accent and is obvioulsy a scam as i have never taken out any loans at all. i used to even get these harassing calls at my job. they stopped for awhile after i threatened to sue them for harassment but started again today.

I have had the same problem. I never took out a pay day loan. Just so everyone knows, the usual protocol when credit card companies or banks collect on debt is that they will first call you directly. After they have tried to reach you directly and have had no success and/or have had a problem they turn you over to a collection agency. A lawsuit is usually done as a last resort these people are scammers for sure. They are not a collection agency because they couldn't even go into detail as to why they were after me. Also when I asked questions just to verify information they would be slick and either beat around the bush or give a different answer.
