calling 2-3 times a day, no message, but they stay on the line for up to 15 sec without saying anything.

They have called me 7 times in the past 2 days..but what they don't know is,,I have a safelink phone and I cannot take or make calls from where I live..I have no service..it will ring but I can't answer..

They call at least ten times a day and don't leave a voice mail. It's harrassment and there should be a law against these vermin!
