I think they are scam artists cause they call and when we don't answer they don't leave a message.

receive numerous calls daily

Appears to be automated, calling daily at various times throughout the day. Even around midnight.
When picked up, they hang up. Call back gets voicemail saying they are some NewsPaper company.

Rude person who calls and upon hearing they called the wrong person, hangs up.

Constantly calling, when I answer there is no one on the line. Tried calling back once and the voice mail says something about newspaper subscriptions and that the mail box is full. I just have my phones set now to ignore this call as spam.
