Yes this company is completely unprofessional. My sister answered my phone as I was in the hospital...he asks if I am available and she says not at the moment. He says whatever and hangs up. I call back later to see what exactly they are calling for and he hangs up on me!!! Saying I know exactly what they are calling for when I don't even know the name of their company!!!! Be informative instead of a complete idiot...even a little professionalism would be nice!!!!!

Number one I have NO problem paying old debit off because I am actually in the middle of that right now but my complaint in which will be heard loud and clear, is having someone call you and as you are asking this man on the other end information that he called you with, he gets attitude and acts like he hates his job. I am writing down my information as he is telling me. He preceeds to say guess you aren't going to pay your bills. I called back got treated the same way by the receptionist, when I asked for whomever called about my account they sent me to the same person whom claimed to be the manager. This company is UNPROFESSIONAL and I will call channel 3 to let them know how my old debt was handled when trying to collect from it. Let me stress that I had NO idea whom this man calling me was in the beginning. I would like to know what type person that owns a compnay would have such poor and unprofessional employees and/or management.. I am 6 weeks into a pregnancy with a child that has cancer at home. This stress will be reported and go higher. I want a phone call back!

This is a collection agency - called premier when you call them back based in Chattanooga, TN
