I have been receiving calls from this company for months. It is a recorded message from Card Holder Services, saying that my opportunity to lower my interest rates is about to lapse. Then they say to press 1 to speak with an operator. I always try to talk to an operator so that I can have my name removed. When I have talked to operators asking to be taken off the list they hang up on me. I have called back and gotten an automated system that tells me to input my telephone number to have my number taken off the list. At the end of the call, the system states that my number has been removed from the database. They continue to call, usually on Fridays between 10:30 and 11:15. The system says that my number is taken off the list, but I continue to get calls.

If everyone who get's these calls email the FTC and the FBI. Something might be done. But calling them back only keeps you on the list. Just don't answer, let them leave a message and delete it.

I am on the no call list. I have ignored the call MANY times since I didn't know the number. Answered the call this time and pressed "1" to speak to a representative to "Lower my interest rate". Here is how this call went:
The woman was in the middle of the conversation which I could not understand and then she said "do you owe more than $4,000 on a credit account" and I asked her to repeat herself.
She repeated and my response was "I am on the no-call list and do not appreciate these calls"
HER RESPONSE: "MAAM, SHUT UP" and she hung up the phone. This is ridiculous!!!
