This is RPM they are a collection company outsourced from Jefferson Capital. Jefferson Capital is the credit collections department of the company that bought all the closed credit card loans from when Tribute Mastercard closed. There was a lawsuit brought agains Jefferson Capital and their legal ways of trying to collect money. Don't answer these a***&%'s questions. I answered the phone and they guy calling was named "Mike", I told him I am not admitting this is a valid debt, that I wanted validation & IF I was even going to think about paying that they delete my information from my credit report. He said that they cant do that, that I have to have it done by the original creditor.....TRIBUTE MASTERCARD is out of business how am I suppose to have them delete it? He told me not his problem, that this is my debt, and I dont need proof. I told him to send validation, or I am not acknowledging anything. ---The guy was a major prick.
