It's a robo-call...unfortunately has no effect on anyone on the do-not-call list, as most companies are no longer checking the list anymore. Just another number to ignore when it comes up!

It said they were calling about my current electric bill and they could save me money. NOTE: this is not con edison my electric provider. They have called before as have others offering reduced utility services but this was first time I took down exact time they called (re below question)

I'm on the do not call list. I assume they're trying to get my electricity through them because lately I've had quite a few calls like that. This time no one was there when I answered. When I called back I got a recording saying I reached a disconnected number belonging to the Pacific Telecommunications Group.
