This is Evergreen Financial Services. They are a collection agency that I would call Jekle and Hyde. Some folks there are reasonable and try to work with the debtor and some employ scare tactics or intentional annoyance etc. The caller ID will read Unknown caller usually but they do leave voice messages.

Don't avoid these folks, just ask for a written debt verification and when you receive it dispute the debt, even if it is valid, which will give you a little time to plan out what to do. If it is not your debt you can send them a cease and disist letter.
