this company calls to collect on a bill from verizon...when i disputed the charges with verizon the bill should've been less than 200...verizon was billing me for about 300...it could've been resolved with verizon but they didn't want to despite customer care dept. saying they would...now this company is trying to collect over 600.00 and won't provide me with any documentation from verizon but they keep calling...just sit there on the phone..i guess they're calling multiple numbers at once to see who picks up...will not supply me with any documentation...i'm filing another complaint as well with my state office of AG

calling me about a bill that i do not owe. Verizon agreed that it was paid in full and that it was all their fault. Can't stop these people from trying to collect it.
