These people have been calling me for close to Two years. It's always the samething hi this is Ann Calling from Account Services with a new Government Program that can lower your interest rates on your on credit cards press one to speck to a repersentive. When you do if you ask any kind of questions they well hang up the best is to ask for there phone number. They use spoofed numbers and change them every two to three days. This scam its seems that are Government just does not care about investigating them.
