Here's a copy/paste of a blog comment for a phone number with the last 2 digits different but worked to stop these calls; call 866-246-7196 to give the caller's phone number to verify they provide the do not call service for, and the receiving phone number to add to the do not call list. There is a 1-2 business day processing time, but well worth it!
