This company called me claiming that I have an outstanding loan with them and when I asked to verify what this was the man claims to be an officer. As I began to question him and explain that I've never heard of his company, he began to cuss me out and say that I would be taken to court and possibly arrested. Each person that calls has a middle eastern accent. Each time I answer and tell them to mail me proof of the debt, I am cussed out and threatend with law suits and jail time. I've checked all of my records and have zero business with them. I called the number back and asked for a manager and the person answering claimed to be the manager. When I told them to stop calling me or I would contact the local and federal law enforcement agencies, he began cussing me out again. You can hear a dog barking and a child or children crying in the background on several of the calls as well as in the voicemails they have left.

they call saying there had been a lawsuit against me and that if i didnt go 2 court one friday that i was going to see to police officers come to my job and take me to court and they also said that i may lose my job if they found out about..could not give me any other info about this case....they knew all of my info name address ssn and if i didn't pay money today they come not help me...so please be ware of these type of people
