They called me up several times per day. I need to switch off my phone because they called several times at odd hours. But whenever I switched off my phone, the first call I've received is theirs. Can I do anything to stop them from calling me for absolutely NO reasons????

They keep asking for an individual that is not me. I asked them to take me off their call list. I received more calls from them and I called them back and had them take me off their call list and they hung up on me. This sounds like a scam.
