Rang once and they hung up before I answered

Rang twice and just hung up. Checking online reveals others have gotten messages about travels rewards cards, etc. So basically, it's a robocalling scam.

Called and did not leave msg .
Called my cell phone with no caller ID. Weird distant area code. Sent to voice mail immediately but it did not leave message.
