Recorded message about saving on your energy bill. These are not telemarketers, they are criminals trying
to get your credit card number and scam you. They tell you to press 3 to be removed from their list. This is the worst
thing you could do: If you press 3 then they know your phone number is valid and pass it on to even more
criminals. Why can't the Do Not Call people do anything about these calls?
