recorded message asking you to press 1 to lower you cc interest rates. operators will hang up on you if you ask to be added to their do not call list and they call again.

He asked if I pressed 1 to lower my credit card interest rates. I said I did. He asked how much I owe. I said seven million dollars. He hung up.
