I told them that the person they are calling for doesn't work in this office and they got really rude on the phone and said they would continue to call because they said "You are lying, we know she is there!" This is a business and we have no reason to lie to anyone. We are on the do not call list which I guess they think they don't have to follow.

Caller was a female. Did not give a name, but when she found out the person she asked for wasn't here, she hung very abruptly. When I tried to call back, got a recording that said "Client Relations,Due to high volume of calls unable to answer right now. But if you would like to leave a message or be taken off of our contact list leave message." Then when supposed to able to leave a message it says,"Sorry our in box is full right now."
