I received a buzz message from a retard at that company and I stopped it and buzzed it back before the operator message ("If you need help, please dial the operator" message) could be recorded on my answering machine.

Guy said he was from Nationwide...

Hangs up everytime.

These people are the scum of the earth. They robot dial masses of people and abuse them by causing them to drop what they are doing and answer what appears to be a telephone call. Many times they just want to see if a person answers to validate the number and then hang up. They may follow up with more abusive solicitations and/or sell you phone nuymber to other high pressure salemen or con-artists.
